Privacy Policy — ResellerLedger

Effective date: 25 May 2026 · Contact: garrettwright2019@gmail.com

The short version: ResellerLedger does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. Everything happens locally, inside your own browser, on your own device. There is no account, no login, no server, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.

ResellerLedger ("the extension", "we", "us") is a browser extension that helps resellers view and export their own sales and profit data from the marketplaces they use (eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and Depop). This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do with your data.

1. What the extension accesses

When you click "Scan this page" on a supported marketplace's Sold/Orders page, the extension reads the sales information already visible on that page — such as item titles, sale prices, marketplace fees, shipping amounts, and dates. It also stores any cost-of-goods amounts you choose to type in.

2. How that data is used and stored

3. What we do NOT do

4. Permissions

5. Payments

If you purchase the Pro version, payment is handled by our payment provider (ExtensionPay / Stripe). We never see or store your card details; those are handled entirely by the payment provider under their own privacy terms. See Stripe Privacy.

6. Data deletion

Because all data stays on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing the extension's ledger (the "Clear" button) or by uninstalling the extension.

7. Children's Privacy

ResellerLedger is a business/bookkeeping tool intended for adult resellers. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Effective date" above will be revised when we do.
